We take pride in all of our products and treat them with a lot of TLC while packaging and shipping. We make every effort to ship in-stock orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order when ordered Monday through Friday.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be sent on Monday.

We ship Monday through Friday, except for major holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of each package. The shopping cart will calculate this for you during the checkout process. We ship all packages through the US Postal Service with delivery confirmation available for USA addresses. I'm sorry but Crafty Doodle is not responsible for any uninsured/non priority mail parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our facility. Please either select Priority mail option that comes with free $100  Insurance or mention you want insurance added to your First Class Pkg at an additional cost to you.   

Crafty Doodle is not responsible for customs, VAT, or any duty or tax added once the package arrives to your country. We will not put any other value on your package other than the actual value of the merchandise.


We want you to be happy with your purchases from Crafty Doodle Chick. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase of unused and/or unopened or defective merchandise. However, all clearance & sale items are a final sale with no refund or return options available.

All returned merchandise must be returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging, within 14 days. To have your return accepted by our office, you must first obtain a Return Authorization number and mark it clearly on or inside your package.   You can obtain this number by emailing 

All shipping charges (including original shipping) for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of defective or incorrect merchandise. Refunds for returned items will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please allow 7 days for processing by the banks.

Please check your order carefully when you receive it.  If we sent you an incorrect item, please let us know by e-mail within 2 weeks of receiving your order. We will pay for the item to be returned to us and send you the correct item as soon as possible.
